HOW ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

• Our current processing time is 7-10 business days (does not include weekends or holidays)
  
• We will make every effort to get your order out as soon as possible, however time of the year, quantity of order and day of the week order is placed, will vary your orders processing time. **Please note-Processing times are different than Shipping times. Processing times take place before your order is Shipped.**

HOW DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?

• Currently we ship through the USPS system. Shipping times will vary based on volume of the USPS system.
  
• please ensure your address and contact information is correct BEFORE submitting your order.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address or undeliverable because of incorrect or incomplete addresses 

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

• Shipping prices will vary based on the weight of products and your order in total.

DO YOU OFFER PRE-ORDERS AND/OR WHOLESALE ORDERS?

• Yes, we currently offer Pre-Orders with specific items. These items will have a Pre-Order date and time listed on the site. Your Pre-Ordered items will be processed and shipped after the date listed. If you order other in stock items alongside your Pre-Order items, your entire order will be shipped after the Pre-Order date. If you want your in stock items ahead of your Pre-order items, please make a separate order for those products.
